About the role
WeGrowth is a full-stack growth team for B2B SaaS companies, and outbound is one of the core engines we run for clients.
As an Outbound Specialist you own the end-to-end outbound system across email and LinkedIn: technical setup and deliverability, list building, campaign launch, reply handling and continuous optimization.
This is an always-open position. We review applications continuously and reach out when there is a fit.
Your mission
- Build and maintain a repeatable outbound process for every client.
- Keep deliverability high and sending infrastructure stable.
- Turn ICP targeting into validated, well-segmented lead lists.
- Launch, monitor and optimize email and LinkedIn sequences.
- Create a feedback loop from data to insights to better targeting and copy.
What you'll own
Outbound system setup
- Email infrastructure in Lemlist: account setup, domains and mailboxes, DNS basics, warm-up with Lemwarm, and sending-capacity planning.
- CRM and alerts: integrations with HubSpot, Attio and other CRMs, plus reply notifications so nothing is missed.
- Signals: tracking website visits, hiring and other buying signals in Lemlist, and routing rb2b visitor signals into Slack and Lemlist.
- LinkedIn: setting up and launching LinkedIn sequences in Lemlist, and engagement lists in Taplio where needed.
ICP lists and lead operations
This is where most outbound wins are made. You search databases, build and prioritize ICP lists by segment, enrich them in Clay, and validate every contact. The quality bar is non-negotiable: clean segmentation, accurate titles and filters, valid emails and no "spray and pray" lists.
Campaign production and launch
You build campaigns in Lemlist end to end: upload leads, map fields and variables, write the outbound copy with personalization logic, QA links, placeholders and tracking, then launch and verify early delivery and replies.
Optimization cadence
- Daily (5–10 minutes): check deliverability signals, monitor, tag and route replies, spot-check new leads and make sure campaigns pace correctly.
- Weekly (60–90 minutes): review reply, positive reply, bounce and spam rates by segment, find the best subject lines, steps and angles, and adjust lists, copy and sequencing.
Documentation and client visibility
You keep outbound work easy to audit: signals, campaign status, lists and segments, and what's being tested are always current, and you share weekly highlights and next actions with the client.
Who you'll work with
- Growth Strategist on ICP, segments, offer, positioning and priorities.
- Copywriter on sequence copy, variations and personalization.
- Operations Manager on tasks, deadlines, reporting and client updates.
- Clients on domains and senders, ICP priorities, reply handling and calendars.

- 3+ years of hands-on B2B outbound experience, ideally for SaaS or tech companies.
- Strong working knowledge of Lemlist or a similar sequencing tool.
- Experience building and enriching lead lists in Clay.
- A solid grasp of deliverability: domain setup, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-up and sending limits.
- Excellent written English and a sharp eye for copy that sounds human.
- Experience running LinkedIn outreach within platform limits.
- The discipline to run several clients' campaigns at once in a remote team.
Nice to have
- Experience with HubSpot or Attio and booking meetings for sales teams.
- Signal-based and intent-based prospecting.
- Tools such as rb2b, Taplio or CompanyEnrich.
- Agency experience, or running outbound for several companies at once.
How you'll be measured
- Domains and mailboxes stay healthy and sending is stable.
- Lead lists are consistently high quality and well segmented.
- Campaigns launch on time and run without operational issues.
- Open rates sit in the 40–55% range, with click-through rates above 5%.
