About the role
WeGrowth helps startups grow revenue through performance marketing, funnel optimization and hands-on growth execution.
We're looking for a curious, organized and highly adaptable Marketing Manager to support a wide range of marketing work for our own brand and client projects. This isn't a narrow specialist role. It's for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly and is comfortable moving between content, design, video, SEO, social media, outreach, research and marketing operations.
You don't need to be an expert in every area. What matters most is your ability to understand the task, use AI and modern tools well, organize the work and turn ideas into finished deliverables.
This is an always-open position. We review applications continuously and reach out when there is a fit.
What you'll do
- Create marketing content for websites, blogs, newsletters, social media and other channels.
- Use AI tools to research, write, edit, repurpose, analyze and speed up marketing work.
- Create simple graphics, presentations and social media assets.
- Edit short-form videos and repurpose existing content into new formats.
- Support on-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization and internal linking.
- Manage social media calendars, schedule posts and monitor engagement.
- Research and submit to relevant directories, communities, platforms and industry sites.
- Find partnership, backlink, guest post, podcast and collaboration opportunities.
- Support outreach campaigns and keep communication and follow-ups organized.
- Run competitor, market, audience and content research.
- Keep documents, spreadsheets, databases, task boards and marketing systems up to date.
- Coordinate several small projects and make sure tasks are done accurately and on time.
- Test new tools, workflows and ideas that help the team work more efficiently.
Who we're looking for
You're a marketing generalist who enjoys learning and getting things done. You may have a background in marketing, content, social media, virtual assistance, operations or project coordination. Experience as a Virtual Marketing Assistant is highly valued, especially if you've handled many types of tasks across several projects.
Must-have skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong, practical use of AI tools, not just for writing but for research, ideas, analysis, organization and automation.
- Comfort working across different areas of marketing.
- Strong organization and task management, with attention to detail across several priorities.
- A creative mindset with a good sense of clear messaging and visual presentation.
- The ability to research independently and turn it into practical output.
- A proactive attitude, reliability and the ability to work independently in a remote team.
A plus if you've used
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Perplexity.
- Canva or Figma.
- CapCut, Descript or Premiere Pro.
- Ahrefs, Semrush or Google Search Console.
- LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube and other social platforms.
- Zapier, Make or other no-code tools.
What matters more than years of experience
- The quality of your English.
- How well you use AI.
- How quickly you learn.
- How organized and dependable you are.
- Whether you can take a task from idea to completion.
- Whether you genuinely enjoy variety and improving your work.
Why this role
- Work directly with founders, marketers and growth operators.
- Gain hands-on experience across many areas of modern marketing.
- Learn through real projects, not repetitive admin.
- Grow into the areas that match your strengths and interests.
