SaaS Web Analytics:
Get Your Tracking Right
Implement accurate tracking across your website, campaigns, and conversion paths,
so your team can trust the data behind every growth decision.
Trusted by ambitious SaaS teams
Tracking Behind Measurable Growth
Analytics and full-funnel tracking have supported the acquisition and
conversion work behind some of our strongest SaaS results.
50% Lower CAC
Implemented full-funnel tracking and analytics as part of Vacation Tracker’s growth work, helping reduce Meta CAC from $600 to $300.
100+ Signups at $5 CAC
Built the entire analytics foundation behind Perspective’s acquisition system, which generated 100+ SMB signups in seven days.
50 Trials / Week
Implemented full-funnel tracking and optimization as part of Foodrazor’s growth from a handful of trials to 50 per week.
When Your Analytics Can’t Be Trusted
Bad data rarely starts in the dashboard. It starts underneath it, with missing events,
broken journeys, inconsistent definitions, and tracking errors.
Missing Events
Important actions happen without being captured, leaving gaps across your conversion journey.
Duplicate Conversions
The same action fires more than once, inflating results and distorting overall performance.
Broken Journeys
Domains, redirects, forms, and external tools break sessions and lose acquisition context.
Broken Attribution
Referrals, UTMs, and source data conflict, making performance less trustworthy.
What We Actually Implement
We build the measurement foundation behind your SaaS acquisition funnel, from deciding
what should be tracked to validating that the data arrives correctly.
Measurement Planning
Define what to track before adding tags, events, goals and reports.
- Growth KPIs
- Tracking Requirements
- Measurement Plan
- Key Event Definitions
- Event Taxonomy
- Naming Conventions
GA4 & Tag Management
Configure GA4 and GTM around the website actions you need to track.

Build Tracking You Can Trust
The goal isn’t to track everything. It’s to collect the right data
consistently enough that your team can actually rely on it.
Track Key Actions
Track the events and conversions that show progress across your funnel.
Preserve Context
Preserve traffic-source and session context as visitors move toward conversion.
Standardize Metrics
Use clear names and rules so every metric means the same thing across all reports.
Validate Tracking
Test events, conversions, and journeys before using the numbers to make decisions.
From Tracking Plan to Validated Data
We don’t consider an implementation finished because tags are firing. The setup has to be tested
against the journeys and actions it was designed to measure.
01 Audit What Exists
Review your current analytics stack, tags, events, conversions,
domains, attribution setup, and known tracking gaps.
02 Design What’s Missing
Define the measurement plan, event structure, conversion logic,
naming rules, and implementation requirements.
03 Implement & Debug
Configure the tracking, test key journeys, fix errors and
duplicates, and verify that data reaches the right platforms.
04 Validate & Document
Confirm the final setup, document what is tracked, and give your
team a reliable measurement foundation going forward
WeGrowth Vs Other Agencies
Compare managing the setup internally, hiring a specialist analytics agency, or
working with a SaaS growth team that understands how the data will be used.
In-House
- Analytics competes with other technical priorities
- Setup depends on available internal expertise
- Tracking often evolves without clear documentation
- Website changes can introduce unnoticed data gaps
- QA becomes another ongoing internal responsibility
- Growth teams still need actionable reporting
Traditional Agencies
- Strong focus on technical implementation
- Engagement may end once tracking goes live
- Business context depends on external stakeholders
- Reporting can remain separate from execution
- Acquisition teams interpret the data themselves
- CRO usually sits outside the engagement
WeGrowth
- Measurement starts with SaaS growth priorities
- Tracking follows your actual conversion journey
- Acquisition context shapes the implementation
- CRO and paid media use the same trusted data
- QA covers the journeys that matter most to users
- Documentation keeps the setup understandable

FAQ
Can you fix our existing analytics setup instead of rebuilding it?
Yes. We first audit what is already implemented and keep what works. Existing GA4, GTM, events, and tracking can be corrected or extended where that makes more sense than starting over.
Will changing our GA4 setup affect our historical data?
Updating the implementation changes how data is collected going forward; it does not retroactively fix historical tracking issues. We document important changes so your team understands where measurement definitions or data quality changed.
Do you need support from our developers?
It depends on the setup. Many changes can be handled through GA4 and Google Tag Manager, while data-layer changes, application events, or more complex integrations may require development access or collaboration with your team.
Can you implement analytics during a website redesign or migration?
Yes. In fact, redesigns and migrations are useful opportunities to define the tracking plan before launch, carry required measurement into the new site, and validate key journeys once the new experience goes live.
Is web analytics implementation the same as product analytics?
No. Web analytics implementation focuses primarily on your marketing website, acquisition sources, and website conversion journey. Product analytics focuses on in-app behavior such as activation, feature adoption, engagement, and retention.
